Returns may take 1-2 business days to process and approved depending on the information you provide, the reason for return, and when the request is submitted.

Damaged or Defective Parts

All items are shipped to the customer in good condition. However, mishandling by the shipper can cause parts to arrive damaged. Product defects may become apparent when the customer inspects the shipment received. These defects must be clearly described to our support staff, and pictures will be required to verify the reported defects in order to authorize a return. It is strongly recommended that all items be inspected for damage or defects upon receipt. In the case damaged parts are received, the customer must contact us within 5 business days to report the incident.

 

Change of Mind

We understands that a Change of Mind can happen after the purchase of a product. If a customer decides the part ordered is no longer wanted (Change of Mind), the customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to request a refund or exchange.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any order that is returned for a refund, or no restocking fee items returned for store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable including actual shipping costs incurred by us with any "Free Shipping” offer. Additional fees may be charged for any missing parts, damage to the item, or is not in resalable condition. No Returns on any parts that have been installed, modified, painted, or damaged!
